1.) Event Information & Purpose

By purchasing a ticket or entering the premises of Valleepalooza 2026 (“Event”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. The Event will be held on July 25, 2026, at the Thomas College Ice Vault Outdoor Field in Hallowell, Maine.

Valleepalooza is a fundraising event supporting the Travis Mills Foundation.


2.) Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By attending the Event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, or any other unforeseen incidents, including the risk of serious injury or death.

You agree that the Event organizers, sponsors, venue, and affiliated parties shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from your attendance at the Event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.


3.) Media & Recording Release

By entering the Event, you grant permission to Valleepalooza and its affiliates to capture and use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs, video, and audio recordings.

These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes across all media formats, now known or later developed, without compensation or further approval.


4.) Admission, Security & Re-entry

    • Mandatory Search: All attendees and belongings are subject to search upon entry. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry without refund.
    • No Re-entry: Re-entry is not permitted. Once you exit the venue, your ticket will no longer be valid for entry.
    • Right to Refuse Entry / Removal: Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee without refund for disorderly conduct, violation of these Terms, or behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive.
    • Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, and glass containers are strictly prohibited.
    • Permitted Items: Blankets, lawn chairs, and umbrellas are allowed. Seating is limited.

 


5.) Ticketing & Event Policies

  • All Sales Final: All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
  • Rain or Shine: The Event will take place regardless of weather conditions.
  • Schedule Changes: Artist lineup and performance times are subject to change without notice.
  • Event Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, refund policies will be determined at the sole discretion of the Event organizers.
  • Force Majeure: The Event organizers shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellation due to causes beyond their control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.



6.) Health & Safety

Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety during the Event.

In case of emergency, please follow instructions from Event staff and security personnel.

By attending the Event, you consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of injury, accident, or illness and agree to be responsible for any associated costs.


7.) Facilities & Accessibility

    • Parking: On-site parking is available, including designated accessible parking.
    • Food & Beverage: Food trucks will be available. Some vendors may accept cash only.
    • Family-Friendly Environment: The Event is designed for all ages and may include activities for children.
    • Accessibility: The Event is committed to providing accessible accommodations. Please contact us in advance with any specific accessibility needs.

 

 

8.) Privacy Policy

We may collect personal information including name, email address, and phone number during ticket purchase or event registration.

This information may be used for:

    • Processing payments and delivering tickets
    • Providing event updates and logistical information
    • Sharing promotional content related to Valleepalooza and its charitable mission

 

We may share necessary information with third-party service providers (such as ticketing platforms or email systems) solely for the purpose of operating the Event.

We do not sell your personal information.

By providing your information, you consent to receive communications related to the Event. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.


9.) Children’s Privacy

If minors attend the Event, any information collected will be provided by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children without parental consent.
